3) Breakfast is complimentary, and is served from 7 to 10 am everyday. |

4) We retain the right to make changes to your admission, duration of stay and choice of room here. |

5) For our security and the security of all our guests, we will ask to see your government issued photo identity at the time of checkin. |

6) Each room can host up to two adults. Only married couples or colleagues of the same gender may share a room. |

7) Kindly note that you may not take your visitors to your room. He or she may spend some time with you only at the lounge. |

8) Rooms may be booked in advance; payments for advance booking are non-refundable. Payment for room is required at the time of check in. All dues are to be cleared before checking out. |

9) We are not able to store your luggage after you check out. |

10) Please do not use your own locks and please hand over the room key to the attendant when leaving the building. We try to provide a high level of security, but we are not responsible for valuables in your room. |

11) Please note that you may smoke only in designated smoking rooms with the door shut. The lounge and dining area are smoke-free. |

12) Please do not enter the kitchen. |
|
13) Please do not cook or use any heavy electrical appliances such as heaters, electric kettles in the room. |

14) Please conserve resources like water and electricity. Switch off T.V., A.C. fan and lights when you leave the room even for a short time. |

15) We reserve the right to verify information submitted to request reservation. False information at the time of booking may lead to cancellation. |
